Rakan Dahkaran

Rakan is a highly accomplished mobile suit pilot, being one of the aces of Neo Zeon and holding the rank of Captain as well as being in command of his own flagship. Rakan's personality is that of a stereotypical war veteran: hardened, cold, calculating, and confident if not arrogant. He can take swift action to deal with any enemy and is not remorseful of the casualties of war.
