Repatri Drencher Kihara

Drencher Kihara Repatri is a member of the Kihara Family. As part of his ghost research, Drencher visited many so-called "haunted locations" worldwide, revealing the scientific cause of the strange phenomena occurring in those places and later artificially recreating them for his purposes, research which would eventually lead to the creation of Frillsand #G through High Voltage Cutting.
