Rowan Pidgeon

The African-American owner of the Roanapur strip club 'GoofFest', Rowan "Jackpot" Pigeon also operates in the trafficking of child pornography and "snuff" films within Southeast Asia. A frequent customer of the Lagoon Company, Pigeon is forever trying to hire Revy as one of his employees, mostly as a submissive for his bondage customers, but Revy is not into pain. He has also taken a sympathetic interest in Rock, noticing the former salaryman's unease with the corrupt island, and offering his services to the young man in case he ever got into trouble. He is also deathly afraid of Balalaika.
