A second-year junior high school student and drives the Shinkalion E7 Kagayaki. Although he has a playful personality, he is a caring person and becomes Taisei's first friend when he first moved in. Having been saved by Shinkalion when he was young, he has a deep admiration for Shinkalion. He likes playing games and cooking.
