Samatoki is a simple-minded high school boy that initially appears apathetic. The reality is that he is a highly logical person that views most parts of life as a problem to be solved or avoided, with him not caring about other people's feelings. But when it comes to his sister he will do anything for her sake, to the point where he is labelled a siscon by those around him.
