Saya Minazuki

She is the leader of the girls of the Enbutou gang, in coalition with the Blue Roses. Saya meets Eikichi while he and his gang are running from the police after their fight with Joey. She later meets him again while the boy is buying beer and porn, and the two chat. After the motorcycle race against Joey, Saya attempts to seduce Eikichi in order to conquer the entire nation, fighting and then fighting with Shinomi. She appears again during the clash between Eikichi and Nakajo and between Eikichi and Ryuji as a spectator.
