Secretive Plotter

He's one of few constellation that showed interest in Kim Dokja since the start of the scenarios.

Later, it is revealed that he is actually Yoo Joong-Hyuk, the protagonist of the original Ways of Survival, from after the end of the novel. After completing 1863 regressions, he travelled to another world line which contained Kim Dokja's world, watching over it since the beginning of the scenarios.
