Seidou Hishigata

Seido Hishigata is the father of Sou and Tokiko. He serves as the director of Hitogashima's only hospital, the Hishigata Clinic.

It is revealed later in the series that Seido Hishigata used his clinic as a front to hide his affiliation with Haine where he would feed the bodies of the deceased to her.
