Seto Kamiki Jurai is also known as the Devil Princess of Jurai. She is Ayeka and Sasami's grandmother. She is the adopted mother of Noike Kamiki Jurai. In her spare time, she likes to play matchmaker, including making Noike and Tenchi fiances. According to Ayeka, Seto is even more powerful than the Jurian Emperor, Azusa.
