Shigeru

Seiichi's cousin, a boy of the same age. Compared to Seiichi, he is more active and clearly says what he thinks. He visits the Osabe family with his mother almost every week and plays Videogames against Seiichi and beats him everytime.

Shigeru passes away when Seiichi pushes him off a cliff.
