Shiina Alisa is the announcer and referee of the Kengan Association VS Purgatory Tournament. Shiina officially announces the beginning of the Kengan Association VS Purgatory Tournament, calling it "a battle of the sundered nation". She entered the stage as the referee of the first match between Gaolang Wongsawat and Carlos Medel and the second match between Rihito and Falcon.
