The Bungaku (Literature) Banchou. Kamitsu is Kongou Takeshi's private secretary. She is also one of the 4 Emperors which stand at the top of the Dark Student Council and all have exceptionally high stats, exceeding those of any other Banchou. Being extremely sharp minded, talented, strong and perceptive she is the perfect person for coordinating all of Nippon Banchou's plans
