Sniper works for the leader of Ohu, Riki. But in reality he is a traitor and intrigues for getting the position himself, using any means possible. When Gin appears Sniper clearly sees him as a threat.

In GDW he goes by Murder S and is one of Hougen's high ranking platoon leaders alongside Kamakiri.
