One of the Four Great Witches, she started an assault on the countries of Britain and Bairong at North's suggestion. She does seem to cooperate with North, but does not trust her, as the latter has not revealed her plans to her. She has also stated that she was going to kill North just like she killed West if North's intentions didn't become clear. She wants to enslave humanity.
