Tetsuki Takaoka

Tetsuki has been classmates with Chika since middle school. He's worried about his friend, because he knows Chika's circumstances. He seems to be a quiet person, but in reality he shows his true colors when fighting. He comes from wealthy family, his father is the director of a large hospital.
