Tetsuto Ichihashi

Ichihashi is the leader of a gang that originally tormented Tobio's group. Following the Yabako bombing incident, he received severe damage to his nerves and was forced to live the rest of his life using a wheelchair.

He eventually befriends Renko and Tobio, calling the latter the best friend he's ever had.
