The Second user of the One For All Quirk. He was the leader of a resistance movement who fought against All For One during the peak of his power. Gearshift, the Quirk he was born with, allows the user to change the speed at which things accelerate through space. It is even capable of changing speeds while ignoring the laws of inertia.
