Todo is the president of Yamabuki High School's Broadcasting Club, and is a third-year student when Yuno and Miyako are in the first year and Hiro and Sae are in the second year. She is an original character in _Hidamari Sketch x 365_ anime and doesn't appear in _Hidamari Sketch_ manga.
