Valeria Trifa serves as the LDO's acting leader throughout the years. He had been a Catholic priest even before joining the LDO after he met Reinhard and Karl. Valeria was one of those involved in the opening of Swastikas during the Battle of Berlin and Suwihara City in present-day Japan. He occupies seat III of the Obsidian Round Table and personally represents Reinhard during his absences.
