Wataru or "Ayumi-chan" is the father of Shiho Sawaragi. He works as a Policeman, and was close friends with Tenji's Father - Yutaka Mikasa.
He is implied to be connected with Tomodachi Game (or know of its existence) and was seen present while overseeing both Yutaka Mikasa and Masakazu Shibe's demise.
