Wolf

Wolf is the main antagonist in the Dogs and Raindrops Arc alongside Fuyo no Majo. He runs a secret website where he provides candy called "drops" that have a stimulant effect to people. Nobody knows what year he's in or his real name.

It is later revealed that he is actually a different personality of Keigo. Keigo transforms into Wolf when he sees a crescent moon. Wolf is able to access Keigo's memories, but Keigo is not able to access Wolf's.
