He is the Head of the Miao Family, Leader of Fairy Tale's 4th Subdivision and master of Ludie.He and Fang-Fang used to play card games as children and promised to make a better future for the monsters of China. However, the Masked King murdered his father some time within the seven-year gap between then and the manga, forcing Xi-Long to cooperate with Fairy Tale to stay alive. Despite the venomous looks he gives, he is still actually quite kind.
