He was a student at Daiba High School in class 2-A along with his twin brother Yami Kanda. After falling into Tokyo Underworld, he's known as The Special Grade Felon due to his rank as a special grade. He was also the vice commander of the guilty army during the Honnoji Temple Hell. Some time later it is revealed that Yomi is an executioner.
