She's one of Akira classmates and also the class president of his class (3rd year, class 4). After the plane crashes and the survivors scatter around the island, she sticks with Arita and his group. Being the class president, she's constantly annoyed by Akira's childish personality and laziness but she has stated that they are still good friends.
