From his seat at Wangsheng Funeral Parlor, he performs all manner of rituals. He is the one in charge of preparing the Rite of Parting when Rex Lapis was allegedly murdered in his Rite of Descension.

He is later revealed to be Morax, the Geo Archon. The currency currently used by every region in Tevyat is created by his divine power and is named after him.
