Synopsis
A martial arts champion is merely someone who has reached the top within the bounds of rules.The true strongest is someone who has reached the top in a "fight" with no rules at all!! A delinquent boxing unfolds place at the worst delinquent high school, where a battle for the top spot unfolds with just his fists!!
