Kail Black, a soldier stationed at an Antarctic research base, is assigned to support investigations into unexplained supernatural phenomena. But one morning, he wakes to a nightmare. The base has been overrun by monstrous organisms, and everyone is gone except for one man, Revo Keypling, who calmly introduces himself as a researcher.
