Synopsis
In near future Japan, protagonist Towa lives a self-indulgent lifestyle in the Special Administrative Distract of "Shingoumi," and has a hobby of "painting human desires." Allowing their desires to be hurled onto him, he channels the experience through his brush. To him, it need not matter if he or the other party are gravely wounded in exchange for the fulfillment of their desire. Because the very act itself, is what brings the other party their "happiness"...
